Is the character, Cordelia, from Shakespeare’s King Lear the personification of his Sonnet 116?

The play King Lear is a Shakespearean tragedy.  It’s hallmarks are human brutalities to one another.  But within the tragic story is the unwavering love of Cordelia for her father.  Shakespeare posits real abiding love exists in world even in the brutal universe of the play King Lear.
